Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At ArchetiQ Training, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a transparent enrollment process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our courses. We recommend you read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Software Training Courses

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of the initial purchase and enrollment.
  • Refund Amount: In case of a valid cancellation within this period, 90% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
  • Deduction: A total of 10% of the fee will be retained as administrative, booking, and payment gateway charges.
  • Refund Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

2. Offline Field Training

  • Cancellation Window: You are eligible to cancel your enrollment within 5 days of the initial purchase and enrollment.
  • Refund Amount: In case of a valid cancellation within this period, 90% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
  • Deduction: A total of 10% of the fee will be deducted to cover administrative and booking charges.
  • Refund Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. We offer a one-time rescheduling option for both online and offline training programs under the following condition:

  • You may request to reschedule your course to a future batch by contacting us within 30 days of your original enrollment date.
  • There is no fee or deduction for rescheduling within this 30-day period. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of seats.
  • Rescheduling requests made after 30 days from the original enrollment date will not be accommodated.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • For online courses, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours from the time of enrollment.
  • For offline training, if the cancellation request is made after 5 days from the time of enrollment.
  • If a course has been completed and the certificate has been generated and issued.
  • If you have availed the one-time rescheduling option and wish to cancel later.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

To cancel your enrollment or request a reschedule, you must contact our support team directly via email or phone. Please be prepared to provide your full name, course details, and order/payment ID to expedite the process.
